We are developing a comprehensive policy roadmap to guide Cuba’s democratic transition and national reconstruction. Our work focuses on restoring democratic institutions, rebuilding the economy, and modernizing the nation so that Cuba can emerge as a stable, prosperous republic.

Democratic Institutions
Establish a constitutional republic with separation of powers, independent courts, and guaranteed civil liberties. Power will be decentralized through strong provincial governments to prevent the return of authoritarian rule.

Transition to a modern market economy with stable currency, simplified taxes, property rights, and strong economic ties with international partners.
Social Development
Strengthen healthcare, education, public safety, retirement systems, and essential services to improve the quality of life for all Cubans.

Launch a national rebuilding program including modern highways, ports, airports, energy systems, and nationwide high-speed internet.

Our message to the Cuban people is simple: act, and the unified support of the exile community will follow. The road ahead will be difficult and demand courage, discipline, and sacrifice.
We envision a free Cuba with democratic institutions, freedom of movement, equality before the law, and a republic built on dignity and responsibility.
This is the Cuban Dream: a nation restored through triumph of the will, lawful transition, and the courage of its citizens.
